Directory notice & listing policy

Updated October 22, 2026

Carrierlens is an independent insurance-market research directory. It helps agents find source materials and contact market representatives. It is not an insurer, and using the directory does not create coverage, an appointment, or an agency relationship with a listed company.

Request removal or correction

If your company does not want to be listed, or you have a concern about a logo, document, contact detail, or other content, email us. No account, paid plan, or listing claim is required to make a request.

support@carrierlens.app
  • Include the company name and the listing or document URL.
  • Tell us what should be removed or corrected and why.
  • Include your name, business contact information, and relationship to the company or rights holder. We may request reasonable confirmation of authority.
  • For a rights concern, identify the work or mark and the specific material involved. Do not send policyholder records, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data.

Requests are reviewed by Carrierlens; sending an email does not automatically remove content. We may contact you for clarification and remove, restrict, or correct content as appropriate. For an authorized company removal request, identify whether you want the whole listing removed or only particular materials. Removal from Carrierlens does not remove copies held by third parties or search-engine caches.

Unsubscribing from outreach stops those emails; it is separate from requesting removal of a public listing.

Information, not an insurance decision

Listings, brochures, summaries, and AI-assisted results are general information, not insurance, legal, or professional advice; an offer to insure; a bindable quote; or a promise of coverage. Carrierlens does not bind insurance through directory results. Confirm current appetite, state availability, limits, exclusions, licensing, appointment requirements, and all submission conditions directly with the insurer or authorized representative. Policy wording and the insurer's underwriting decision control.

Sources, AI, and changing appetite

Information may come from company materials, public websites, representatives, or user-provided documents. Materials may be incomplete or out of date, and extraction or AI summaries can be wrong. A source-backed or verified label describes the recorded evidence or the specific verification performed; it does not guarantee current availability, the accuracy of every statement, or acceptance of a risk. A review date is not necessarily a document's effective date. The directory is not exhaustive. Read the original source and resolve missing or conflicting information before relying on it.

Read our source methodology

Company names, logos, and documents

Company names and logos identify the businesses discussed. Trademarks and source materials belong to their respective owners. A listing alone does not mean the company has joined, approved, sponsored, or endorsed Carrierlens. A claimed profile identifies a representative with listing-management access; it is not a rating or guarantee of the company's services. Uploaders should provide only materials they are authorized to share. Public availability is not, by itself, permission to republish a document.

Preferred Markets and promotional visibility

Preferred Markets are promotional placements, which may be complimentary or paid. Preferred status is not a quality rating, an endorsement, or evidence that a company fits a particular risk. Promotional visibility is separate from source-based eligibility checks. A listing, claim, or promotion does not guarantee inquiries, appointments, quotes, or business.

Inquiries and external websites

An inquiry is a request for information, not an insurance application or binder. Check the recipient shown before sending. If no suitable company contact is available, the inquiry may go to Carrierlens for assistance; a response or delivery to an underwriter is not guaranteed. External websites and their services are controlled by their operators.
