SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent by Carrierlens, including messages sent from office phone numbers for account, support, service, and operational purposes.

1. Scope of Messaging

Carrierlens may use SMS and MMS messages for account support, office phone conversations, appointment or service follow-up, security notices, billing or account reminders, and updates related to market submissions, carrier information, or customer support requests. Messages may include text, links, images, or other media when needed to support the request.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile number to Carrierlens and opting in through a web form, account setup, support request, office phone interaction, or by starting a text conversation with Carrierlens, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Carrierlens at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Carrierlens and the requests you make. Most users should expect occasional operational messages, typically 0-4 per month, with additional messages possible during active support conversations or time-sensitive account activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Carrierlens does not charge a separate fee for text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any carrier charges, roaming charges, or data charges related to receiving messages or opening links.

5. Delivery

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, network availability, device settings, invalid or changed phone numbers, full inboxes, or other conditions outside Carrierlens' control.

6. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Carrierlens text message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You can also contact us at support@carrierlens.app for help with messaging preferences.

7. Help

Reply HELP to any Carrierlens text message for help, or email support@carrierlens.app. If you received a text from a Carrierlens office phone number, you can also call that same number for assistance.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Carrierlens may collect your mobile number, opt-in method, opt-in time, message status, and message interaction history for delivery, support, security, and compliance purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver messages, comply with law, protect Carrierlens, or operate the service.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide a phone number you own or are authorized to use, keep your contact information current, and avoid using SMS/MMS messages for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or sharing passwords, one-time-passcodes, or other sensitive credentials.

10. Changes

Carrierlens may update these SMS/MMS terms. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of Carrierlens messaging after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
